 Situation No. 1

    John is an active member of school organizations. He has a lot of talents to share and ideas to contribute to their club. Aside from that, he is known for his good looks, neatness, and tidiness. However, these seemingly likable characteristics became the very reasons for rumors and gossips-- that he is a member of the LGBTQ+I community. This hurt him so much that he almost wanted to drop from schooling.

Comment:

    It is sad to see that students are facing this sort of unfair treatment. Teenagers can be pretty mean to other teenagers, especially to those who are way ahead of them. Jealousy is a pretty scary thing, and a teenager's pettiness can be extreme sometimes. However, the inferiority complex they feel from John does not justify their poor behaviors. This could give John a mental scar that could considerably affect his development towards adulthood. His self-esteem and self-worth have already plummeted.  wHis motivation to continue his schooling also took a plunge, and it is evident that the damage has already been done. Poor John, he didn't deserve this.
